- No Returns after 2 Days: Refund requests made after 48 hours (2 days) of the purchase will not be entertained under any circumstances.
- Conditional Refund: Within 48 hours, a refund is only applicable if there is a technical issue or defect in the generated document/video that prevents it from being used.
- Right to Rectify: If a document has an issue (e.g., spelling error in automation, file corruption), our team will fix the issue within 24-48 hours. If the issue can be corrected by our team, no refund will be issued.
- Refunds will not be granted for user errors (e.g., providing wrong wedding dates, names, or addresses).
